Customer Service

Parking Information 
If travelling by car, the centre is accessible via the Princes Highway from the East and Via Raglan Parade from the West. Tturn into Gateway Rd at traffic lights/pylon sign. From the North, the centre can be accessed via Whites Rd or Moore St.

Parents Rooms
A baby change room is located within Gateway Plaza.

Shop Mobility
Wheelchairs available for free hire while shopping - contact Centre Management. Mobility scooter recharge points are located around centre where indicated

Accessible Facilities
Gateway Plaza provides accessible bathroom facilities and parking.

Taxi Service 
There is no designated taxi rank however taxi pick up is available at the southern or northern entry .
