Gateway Plaza's ‘Win the Ultimate Family Entertainment Package’ Competition - Terms & Conditions
1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in VIC except employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff
of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
2. To enter, customers must a) spend $10 or more in any store in-centre b) fill in the entry form supplied by the retailer c) deposit the entry form in the entry barrel located outside Liquorland. Only one entry form will be given per transaction.
3. The prize is the Ultimate Family Entertainment Package which includes 19” LCD TV, DVD Player, set top box and a Nintendo Wii console with 2 games and sports pack.
4. The total value of the prize is valued at over $1,000 and is correct at the time of publication. The prize value may change or vary. The promoter agrees to provide the prize.
5. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. The competition commences on Monday 4 August 2008 and entries close on
Sunday 14 September 2008.
8. The prize draw will take place in the Centre Management Office at Gateway Plaza on Monday 15 September 2008.

10. The first complete entry coupon drawn will be judged the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner will be notified via email or phone on Monday 15 September 2008.
12. The winners name will be published on the 15 September 2008 on www.gatewayplaza.com.au
13. Proof of identity with a photo will be required when claiming prizes. The prize must be collected within 3 months of being notified. Competition winners must pick up their prize from Centre Management Gateway Plaza, 154 Raglan Parade, Warrnambool, VIC 3280. In the event of a winner not claiming their prize within the specified time, the prize will be returned to the pool and an unclaimed prize draw will commence on the 15th December 2008.
14. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes. The prize winner will be contacted via telephone.
15. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.
16. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
